Georgia begins the search for Junior Eurovision 2017!

They’re the most successful country at Junior Eurovision, and first time host of this year’s contest due to their third Junior Eurovision win last year, with Mariam Mamadashvili, and now, they’re planning out who will be the representative for this year’s contest.

Georgia’s Public Broadcaster (GBP) has launched their national selection process, and so far it’s pretty simple. The broadcaster has asked for soloists or groups between the ages of 9 and 14 to submit a song from their own repertoire. The entrants have until the 1st of September to submit their entries, and the applications should also feature a photo, biography and contact number. The winner will be decided by a professional jury.
